Domination in the Workplace

Some of the most common power dynamics out there happen in the workplace. I've written some stories about bosses and assistants because they are the most obvious ones. However, power dynamics can occur in all areas of the workplace. 

If you are in a team and your are all on the same level, power dynamics emerge as the more dominant personalities take over. In my team that is always the women. The guys are very talented and with a lot of invaluable ideas but most they are happy to let us lead the sessions. When tasks are being decided within the team they are very happy to do as they are told. 

Another issue of unexpected power dynamics is when someone from another department comes in and they have much more knowledge of a situation than you do. So it makes sense to defer to their knowledge. 

So now that that is over let's go into a nice little fantasy I had. Not quite a fully formed story yet but more than enough to illustrate my ideas of domination in the workplace. Obviously in our world it is not a femdom situation but let's turn it into one. 

We have a team based situation with two men and three women. They are all around the table discussing a presentation that has to be made. They have already taken their individual notes before the session. The women each in turn read out their notes and place the best ones on the board. Once they are all done the boys then have a chance to speak. They read out their ideas and their female colleagues tell them their and then whether or not each point is good. 

The coffee break come around and the boys serve the coffee while the woman chat. One of the women, after being served squeezes the boy's arse. She is admonished by her much more chivalrous colleague but the boy gives a flirtatious smile. He, in addition to liking the attention knows that this kind of attitude will get him far in his career. His colleague is a little shier and steers clear of grabby hands. 

They all have a casual conversation and one of the women ask the boys about their love lives. She is once again admonished as that is not appropriate. I would want one of the women to bend a boy over the desk and spank him for any form of disrespect at some point. A bright red bottom will teach him his place on this team. Hopefully for his sake he doesn't have a girlfriend or she will want to know what happened and once she hears she will want to spank him again. 

They get back to work and the boys are quiet, not speaking unless spoken to and taking all the notes.

So, here is one that is neither used frequently or infrequently. You will recognise it but it is less popular that many other positions on this list. This is one that can be quite painful for the sub in comparison to others but it is not torturous pain. It is also a very vulnerable position that can induce humiliation.
